Information
Two booklets on “Nattokinase, Bacillus natto, Vitamin K2 and Health” have been published.
First booklet, “The Three Major Fermented Soybean Foods that Have Given Us Life and Health” was written by Dr. Takeo Koizumi, an honorary advisor to our association. This booklet focuses on the three major fermented soybean products, “natto”, “miso”, and “soy sauce” and explains how they have been and are being involved in our lives (life and health).
On the second booklet, we asked Dr. Tetsumei Urano, Professor of Medical Physiology 2 at Hamamatsu University School of Medicine, to write an article, “Metabolic Syndrome and Thrombosis,” in which he explained why metabolic syndrome, a hot topic nowadays, is related to thrombosis (cerebral and myocardial infarctions) and its mechanism and prevention.

These booklets are for public relations purposes and are not for sale. (The Association distributes this booklet only to its members and does not sell it directly to the general public.)
