Dr. Kakuko Nakamura, author of “It’s Actually Amazing! Radio Exercises for Adults”, supervised the “ Thrombosis Prevention Exercises”.
We have uploaded on our website the “ Thrombosis Prevention Exercises” that were practiced by Mr. Junichi Ishida and Ms. Rei Kikukawa during the second part of the talk show held at the Conrad Tokyo on Thursday, January 17.
”Thrombosis Prevention Exercises” is supervised by Dr. Kakuko Nakamura, a well-known sports doctor and author of ”It’s Actually Amazing! Radio Exercises for Adults. Dr. Nakamura has expressed our wish to prevent thrombosis through exercises that can be easily practiced by anyone.
It has a relaxing effect, improves internal organ function and blood flow in the lower body, and prevents thrombosis. ”Exercises should not be done in a self-directed manner; ideally, they should be done in a brisk manner while being aware of where they are working (Dr. Kakuko Nakamura).”
