On October 5, JNKA held a press conference at the Fu Hua Grand Hotel in Taipei, Taiwan, with the goal of eradicating counterfeit products.
At the press conference, Professor Ota from Kobe Pharmaceutical University introduced the results of analysis of 10 Nattokinase products actually sold at pharmacies in Taiwan using the new Nattokinase discrimination method (ELISA).
He mentioned that these products were found to contain no Nattokinase even though they were labeled as “containing Nattokinase,” and recommended purchasing products with the JNKA mark.
In addition, an artificial thrombolytic experiment was conducted at the venue. The superiority of Nattokinase was explained by comparing Natto and Nattokinase.
JNKA will continue these activities to combat counterfeit products in the future.
